Italian Minister of Justice, Ms Marta Cartabia, has recently stated that traditional-punitive justice is often insuficient.

Ms. Cartabia also considers 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 as a core and essential element that judges must have and support, something that goes very much in line with #Mediarej proposal of an unified set of tools and skills for trainers in #mediation and #RestorativeJustice.
